Egypt FAM Trip 2026

The Brief

To design and deliver an immersive FAM Trip in Egypt, showcasing the destination through a combination of iconic heritage, authentic cultural experiences, luxury hospitality and a Nile cruise.

The programme brought together Cairo, Giza, Aswan and Luxor, giving participants the opportunity to experience Egypt's ancient history while discovering its contemporary culture, local traditions and diverse travel experiences.


 

The Challenge

With multiple destinations and experiences spread across Egypt, the programme required careful coordination across:

The objective was to create a seamless journey while covering Egypt's most significant cultural and historical highlights.

The Solution

Liberty curated a multi-destination Egypt FAM Trip, beginning in Cairo before continuing south to Aswan and travelling along the Nile towards Luxor.

The journey began with arrival assistance at Cairo International Airport, followed by accommodation at Four Seasons First Residence. Guests explored the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization before experiencing Cairo through its local flavours and vibrant streets.

The following day focused on some of Egypt's most iconic experiences, including the Pyramids and Sphinx, a camel ride across the Giza Plateau and lunch at Nine Pyramids Lounge. The programme continued with a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum, followed by an evening exploring Cairo by night, including El-Moez and Khan El-Khalili.

 

From Cairo to the Nile

The FAM Trip then continued to Aswan, where participants embarked on a luxury Nile cruise.

The Aswan programme combined major historical landmarks with a more personal cultural experience. Guests visited the Nubian Village, entered a traditional home and shared tea with a Nubian family, before exploring the High Dam, Philae Temple and the Unfinished Obelisk.

 

The cruise continued towards Luxor, stopping at the Temple of Kom Ombo and Temple of Edfu along the way.

The final stage of the journey brought guests to Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, before Liberty's representative escorted the group to Luxor Airport for the return journey to Cairo.
